El sello in Spain, la estampilla in Latin America — both mean stamp. At the counter: necesito sellos para una carta a Estados Unidos (I need stamps for a letter to the United States).
¿Cuántos días tarda en llegar? — how many days does it take to arrive? For a deadline, ask directly: ¿llega antes de Navidad? And to compare: ¿cuál es la opción más barata?
Ask ¿necesito declarar el contenido?, then describe what's inside plainly: el paquete contiene ropa y libros. Two words unlock the form: el remitente is the sender, el destinatario the recipient.
